Psychosomatics: everything you need to know about it
You are sitting at work with your computer and get an angry email from your boss or client.
But what do we do now? We sit in cleanliness and order, we have plenty of everything, we’re safe, everyone is civilized, society is regulated. Screens, buttons, transportation, shops, apartments, beaches, gyms, streets. Natural reality remains only while camping.

You are sitting at work with your computer and get an angry email from your boss or client. The adrenal glands give out adrenaline, norepinephrine and cortisol, the heart is pounding, everything is tense or, vice versa, has frozen and weakened. What are you doing then? Do you stick a pen in your boss's eye, or do you prostrate yourself in front of him? Are you going to the boxing ring to release all the demons in a fight? Oh no! You sit and suppress all these manifestations.

You don't even run or do push-ups, beat a wall or a pillow. Instead you just become tense. And where does this tension go? Depending on the type of feelings caused by the work of our endocrine and nervous systems, it settles in the body. Because the signal was for physical action, and you did nothing. So instead of running and fighting you freeze and get panic attacks, sick joints, gallstones, ulcers, hernia, swelling, cirrhosis and so on.

People are taught to be physically checked and tested every now and then. But almost nobody is practicing mental hygiene to establish their lives in a way that doesn’t make us be overwhelmed with troubles and endure pain. Yet there are rebels among us who do not want to play a common imposed game, but are looking for their own paths of knowledge and life.

The general rules and relationships between the environment, actions, feelings, thoughts, words and diseases were independently discovered by several people and turned out to be almost identical. We now know all the sicknesses, the psychological reasons for their occurrence and healing affirmations. They must be repeated, like prayers or mantras, in order to literally hammer them into your brain and peripheral nervous system. Ideally, each reading should be repeated 30 times, 3 times a day, for 4 months. This amount will be enough to interrupt the existing negative beliefs and attitudes that directed your behavior in such a way that it led to an illness.

Why does it work? Because we are biocomputers. No, this is not an allegory, just the plain truth. And like any other computer, we are programmable. Our programming language is the one we speak. To find out if it works and how exactly, you need to go and do it.
If you want to be clean, go to the shower.
If you want to build muscles, go to the gym.
If you want to learn a language, speak with natives and learn the rules.
If you dream of going somewhere - collect money, buy your ticket and go.
Do not just think about it, read or talk - DO IT. Especially if you want to be alive, healthy and happy. And if you think it goes without saying, please note that 99% of people choose it completely the other way around - to slowly die from hardships and cry that the world did not appreciate their sacrifice.  
So, if you belong to this 1% of the rebels, let's practice! “Psychosomatics” consists of two Latin words “soul” and “body”, which reveals the essence: the body affects the mind, and the mind affects the body. Time is all we have and it goes away while the body grows old and weak.
