The second place is occupied with extroversion, which is not so easy to fake if you are an introvert, but there is a life hack to it. The fact is that no one cares about your rich inner world, everyone is busy only with themselves. Therefore, you can appear a great conversationalist if you simply listen carefully to the others. In addition to making a good impression, you will also learn more about your new environment, which will definitely come in handy for your future work.

Hence the third way to be liked is involvement. By being a good listener, you demonstrate emotional involvement in the lives of other people, but this is not enough. Take part in all the important collective movements and projects at work. Challenge, volunteer, reach out - but only within your capabilities. Don't take too much on yourself because no one will appreciate it. But the mistakes, which you will definitely make due to the overloads, will be noticed for sure.

Seizing someone's attention even for work is not so easy, while our personal needs are not interesting to others at all. Thus, attention is a rare and valuable commodity. Demonstrate your attentive attitude and interest so that you are considered to be a person of rare spiritual qualities.

The fifth way is confidence. In fact, no one is sure of anything. Actually, the more we know, the more we see how ambiguous, multivariable and complex everything is. Only a fool or a saint can boldly walk on the water like it’s the most common everyday action. Veteran specialists easily lose to beginners in terms of the impression they make, because the young think that they are the smartest, know everything and the world is simple and understandable. They look confident, which is what everyone wants: at least someone knows what to do and where to go. So, feign confidence - it's also a rare and valuable commodity.

The sixth way is persistence. Success comes, first of all, not to the smart, strong or cunning, but to the persistent and stubborn. They say “the second happiness is audacity”, but it looks ugly. Therefore, you should be persistent without audacity. Be persistent and gentle. Do not shout, do not demand, do not prove. Repeat your request politely and at different angles that are appropriate for each situation. In this form, persistence inspires respect and desire to do business with you, because it seems that you are the very locomotive, with which they will be able to get to success.

At the seventh place we have a calm zeal. A bouncing little dog looks dashing and silly, which can be nice in the sense that it is glad to see you and you can play with it. But only a calm, big and alert dog, which only slightly pulls the leash forward, evokes confidence. You know for sure that it will definitely do everything in the best possible way without creating any chaos. Be that way. You were hired to solve the existing problems, not to create new ones, so let them all know that they were right and it will be much better with than without you.
