How Credit Agricole supported customers since the war began
Credit Agricole always supports customers, together we have gone through many crises. We understand that now Ukrainians need a reliable shoulder as never before, so since the beginning of the war we have introduced a number of solutions:
Canceled the fee for money transfers toward cards issued by other banks in the CA+ mobile application. UAH 0 commission for all C2C transfers regardless of the recipient's card.
- In case of non-payment of the obligatory payment for any banking service, such debt shall not be considered overdue;
- The Bank will not apply any penalties in case of late payment. We are working to expand the support of our clients.
Internet banking and mobile banking CA+ operate 24/7.
Credit Agricole paid salaries for April and March beforehand. The bank's team works remotely if possible in order to minimize movement through cities. Most branches of the bank work in safe regions to provide banking services for customers. Employees of branch network receive salary bonuses. Credit Agricole also helps with the evacuation of employees and their families. Peace in Ukraine is a common goal that has further united Credit Agricole, our Team and the bank's customers. Together we are stronger!
