The story about the creation of TM “Super Yogurt” is quite fresh, but for many people can be an interesting case.
Andrii Gdovskyi – is a chef and technologist, registered as private entrepreneur and develops family business. Due to COVID-19 pandemic appeared hard times. Andrii was sick with COVID-19 too and tried to make his "Super Yogurt" for the first time during his hospital stay in November 2020.

After recovery, he brought his trial version to work and colleagues wanted to buy this yogurt! Since this moment, the first stages of development of TM "Super Yogurt" have begun.
Andrii created the group in Viber named “Family and friends” where the first sales have begun. Now the group counts near 180 members. Step by step, “Super Yogurt” is becoming popular and popular. I wanted to further promote my products and find new sales channels for “Super Yogurt”.
Realizing that offline sales from craft producers fell during quarantine,
and that Ukrainian entrepreneurs did not have much experience selling fresh products online, USAID AGRO program launched a series of four regional online fairs in four regions to partially finance costs and reduce the risks of online stores, that are ready to try and the manufacturers themselves.
For examples, AGRO undertook the creation of photo and video promotional materials, funded a promotional campaign on social networks and provided advice, gaining experience while working with participants of Pause&Reflect sessions.
In May 2021 TM "Super Yogurt" took part in the "Easter Fair of Mykolayiv Craftsmen" on the basis of the online store FreshBazar.
During the two weeks of the fair, almost 300 people made purchases, with an average check of 330 UAH. Manufacturers whose goods were sold at the fair were able to increase their sales by an average of 10-20%; and the online store received an additional 60% of visits.
"Before participating in the fair, I was careless about this case and looked a little superficially at the possibility of such a business. Participating in the fair helped me change my mind. I made the following conclusion for myself: if I do not plunge headlong into this new project now, I will regret it in 10 years. I started looking for premises, bought equipment and registered with the State Consumer Service. Business from small almost home conditions began to grow into real production. I made this decision because, despite the lack of a marketing strategy, I was approached by stores with a proposal for cooperation,” Andrii Gdovskyi says.
During the fair, sales of “Super Yogurt” increased to 15%. And today TM "Super Yogurt" can be purchased not only at local marketplaces FreshBazar and "Bread and Spectacles", but also in the cities of New Bug and Odessa. Active promotion on social networks Instagram and Facebook adds new connoisseurs of original delicacies
Andrii plans to popularize of “Super Yogurt” and position it as qualitative product from the city of Mykolaiv.
In the future - the opening of its own eco-farm with the right technology for growing cows. “My yogurt will never contain chia seed additives or passion fruit, only additives from a local producer (berries / fruits). This is my principled position.”
